Welcome to DRONVUE<\/strong>. These Terms & Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your use of our website, services, and any content produced or delivered by us. By engaging DRONVUE for drone-based services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.<\/p>

1. Definitions<\/strong><\/h2>

For the purpose of these Terms:<\/p>

  • \u201cCompany,\u201d \u201cWe,\u201d \u201cUs,\u201d \u201cOur\u201d<\/strong> refers to DRONVUE.<\/p><\/li>

  • \u201cClient,\u201d \u201cYou,\u201d \u201cYour\u201d<\/strong> refers to any individual, business, or entity engaging our services.<\/p><\/li>

  • \u201cServices\u201d<\/strong> refers to drone photography, videography, aerial surveying, mapping, inspection, cinematic production, event coverage, and any other related solutions offered by DRONVUE.<\/p><\/li>

  • \u201cDeliverables\u201d<\/strong> means the final photos, videos, reports, 3D models, or other outputs provided to the Client.<\/p><\/li>

  • \u201cAgreement\u201d<\/strong> means the contractual understanding between DRONVUE and the Client, comprising these Terms and any project-specific agreements.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Scope of Services<\/strong><\/h2>

    DRONVUE provides a range of drone-based services including but not limited to:<\/p>

    • Real Estate Shoots & Property Marketing<\/p><\/li>

    • Corporate & Commercial Branding Films<\/p><\/li>

    • Film & Cinematic Drone Production<\/p><\/li>

    • Event Aerial Coverage (Weddings, Sports, Festivals)<\/p><\/li>

    • Construction & Infrastructure Progress Monitoring<\/p><\/li>

    • Surveying, Mapping & 3D Modeling<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      The exact scope of work will be defined in a written proposal or agreement before commencement.<\/p>

      3. Service Bookings<\/strong><\/h2>

      • Advance Booking:<\/strong> Services must be booked at least [X] days in advance. Urgent bookings may be accepted subject to availability.<\/p><\/li>

      • Confirmation:<\/strong> Bookings are confirmed only upon written acknowledgment by DRONVUE and receipt of any advance payment required.<\/p><\/li>

      • Client Responsibility:<\/strong> The Client must provide accurate details regarding location, timing, and project requirements.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        4. Pricing & Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h2>

        • Quotations:<\/strong> All quotations are valid for [30] days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.<\/p><\/li>

        • Deposits:<\/strong> A non-refundable deposit (typically 30\u201350%) may be required to secure a booking.<\/p><\/li>

        • Payment Due:<\/strong> The balance payment is due upon delivery of the agreed services unless otherwise specified.<\/p><\/li>

        • Late Payments:<\/strong> Delayed payments may attract interest at [X%] per month.<\/p><\/li>

        • Taxes:<\/strong> All applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) will be charged in accordance with law.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          5. Cancellations & Rescheduling<\/strong><\/h2>

          • Client Cancellations:<\/strong><\/p>

            • More than 72 hours before the shoot: Deposit may be adjusted against future bookings.<\/p><\/li>

            • Within 72 hours: Deposit is forfeited.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

            • Rescheduling:<\/strong> Rescheduling is permitted subject to availability and may incur additional costs.<\/p><\/li>

            • Company Cancellations:<\/strong> If DRONVUE must cancel due to weather, technical issues, or regulatory restrictions, the Client may receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              6. Weather, Safety & Regulatory Compliance<\/strong><\/h2>

              • Weather Dependency:<\/strong> Drone operations are highly weather-dependent. Flights may be delayed or canceled due to rain, strong winds, or poor visibility.<\/p><\/li>

              • Safety Standards:<\/strong> We strictly adhere to aviation safety regulations and reserve the right to refuse operations deemed unsafe.<\/p><\/li>

              • Permits & Approvals:<\/strong> Certain projects may require government or aviation authority permissions. The Client must disclose the intended use and may bear responsibility for obtaining permissions unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><\/li>

              • Restricted Areas:<\/strong> DRONVUE will not operate in no-fly zones or restricted areas without valid clearance.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                7. Client Obligations<\/strong><\/h2>

                The Client agrees to:<\/p>

                • Provide safe access to the shooting location.<\/p><\/li>

                • Ensure that the site is free from obstructions that may hinder operations.<\/p><\/li>

                • Obtain necessary permissions from property owners, event organizers, or other relevant stakeholders.<\/p><\/li>

                • Indemnify DRONVUE against any third-party claims arising from failure to secure permissions.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                  8. Deliverables & Usage Rights<\/strong><\/h2>

                  • Ownership:<\/strong> All raw footage, images, and data remain the property of DRONVUE until full payment is received.<\/p><\/li>

                  • License of Use:<\/strong> Upon payment, DRONVUE grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for agreed purposes (e.g., marketing, presentations, broadcasts).<\/p><\/li>

                  • Restrictions:<\/strong> Clients may not resell, sublicense, or misuse deliverables without written consent.<\/p><\/li>

                  • Portfolio Rights:<\/strong> DRONVUE reserves the right to use selected deliverables for promotional, portfolio, and marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted by agreement.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                    9. Post-Production & Revisions<\/strong><\/h2>

                    • Standard Editing:<\/strong> Deliverables will include basic editing such as color correction, stabilization, and formatting.<\/p><\/li>

                    • Revisions:<\/strong> One round of minor revisions is included. Additional revisions or significant changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.<\/p><\/li>

                    • Raw Files:<\/strong> Raw footage is not shared unless agreed in advance and may attract additional fees.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                      10. Confidentiality<\/strong><\/h2>

                      • DRONVUE respects client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information or footage without consent.<\/p><\/li>

                      • Clients are responsible for identifying confidential elements of any project.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                        11. Liability & Indemnification<\/strong><\/h2>

                        • Operational Risks:<\/strong> While we operate with the highest safety standards, drone operations carry inherent risks. DRONVUE shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, technical issues, regulatory restrictions).<\/p><\/li>

                        • Property & Personal Injury:<\/strong> The Client must ensure the shoot location is safe. DRONVUE is not liable for damages or injuries caused by factors beyond our control.<\/p><\/li>

                        • Client Indemnity:<\/strong> The Client agrees to indemnify DRONVUE against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from misuse of deliverables or failure to obtain permissions.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                          12. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>

                          • All logos, branding, and content provided by DRONVUE are protected by copyright.<\/p><\/li>

                          • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                            13. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/h2>

                            DRONVUE shall not be held liable for failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or equipment failure.<\/p>

                            14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/h2>

                            These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Country\/State]. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert Location].<\/p>
